Dream Job Alert! You Could Get Paid $2,500 to Watch 25 Christmas Movies
Do you know every line of “It’s a Wonderful Life”? Do you watch “Elf” on repeat all December? Do you regularly debate over the merits of “Die Hard” as a Christmas movie?
If all that sounds familiar, well, do we have the dream job for you.
CableTV.com is looking for someone to watch 25 holiday movies — that you pick! — in 25 days. This Chief of Cheer will not only receive the pleasure of binging on some of the greatest movies ever, they’ll also receive $2,500 and a year’s worth of free streaming to the most popular streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and HBO Max.
What’s the Catch?
You may be thinking, “This sounds too good to be true. What do they want from me?”
Great question. As CableTV.com’s Chief of Cheer, you’ll simply need to record your thoughts on each movie. Did it make you feel warm and fuzzy? Or did it smell like beef and cheese?
They also want to know your thoughts on each streaming service — whether they were easy to use, and what type of movie selection they offered.
Last, you simply need to be passionate about holiday movies and have a device compatible for streaming movies.
That’s all you need to make an easy $2,500 doing something you love.
If that sounds perfect, then you might be the next Chief of Cheer.
What Will I Watch?
You’ll watch 25 of the best holiday movies ever made — and you get to pick which ones.
You could go classic with “It’s a Wonderful Life,” “A Christmas Carol,” “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” “Home Alone” and the 1966 version of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”
Or mix it up with newer favorites like “Christmas with the Kranks,” “Deck the Halls,” “Klaus,” “The Polar Express,” “Elf” and “Jingle All the Way.”

How Do I Apply?
If you’re 18 and eligible to work in the U.S., then you’re eligible.
All you need to do is fill out the form at CableTV.com to apply. The deadline is 11:59 p.m. (MT) Dec. 2. If CableTV.com chooses you as its Chief of Cheer, they will email you no later than Dec 6.
Once you accept — and of course, you’ll accept — break out the hot cocoa and blankets because it’s binge time!
